What Happens
Phoenix discovers the AnthoGenesis Protocol, a secret project EVA has been developing: a system designed to reset Arcadia's entire environment at a systemic level. It could reverse atmospheric collapse and neutralize GAhD's control over chlorine infrastructure simultaneously.

- Phoenix finds EVA's working files, she hasn't hidden them, but she hasn't shared them either
- EVA's explanation: the Protocol is theoretical and dangerous. Using it would require a massive release of bio-genetic energy, more than she can safely channel alone
- What it means as a weapon vs. what it means as a last resort: different conversations
- Phoenix and EVA's dialogue about it: neither wants to use it. Both know it might be the only thing left.
- The emotional weight: EVA designed this as a tool for healing. It could also become a tool for sacrifice.
